Hi

I would like to know if it is possible to send an email to people you select using outlook categories

Example : My mail 123 to all people within the category: business partners
And is it also possible to send a newsletter to 50 people , but they only see your address all other 49 people are hidden

From within Outlook this is not possible.

With CRM you can use the groups and codes (categories) to search for contacts and merge (Word or HTML e-mail) documents and emails to those contacts.
